What do I actually own?+
Depending on the deal: units in a special purpose vehicle that holds the shares, tokenized shares backed 1:1 in custody, or a SAFE. The instrument is stated on every deal page and in its documents.
Who can invest?+
Anyone with a wallet in an eligible jurisdiction. Some deals are limited to accredited or professional investors. Your eligibility is shown on each deal page before you commit.
What are the fees?+
Each deal lists its platform fee and carry upfront. Most deals have no management fee. There are no hidden spreads.
How do I exit?+
At IPO (after any lock-up) or a sale of the company, the vehicle distributes shares or proceeds. Private positions are illiquid until then.
What if a round doesn't fill or is cancelled?+
Committed funds that are not allocated, or deals that are cancelled, are refundable to the wallet that sent them.
